It's a scarce one, and made all the better by careful crayon coloring in yellow and green on a number of the excellent illustrations. I especially like seeing a section toward the end where movements of the body were linked to spelling out words, and others specifying the tempo of music, or even specific songs, to which exercise sequences of should be set.
