extremely tiny piece torn from right edge (top of red border)

The original 3 ½ inch (9 cm) blank snipe area at the bottom has been cut off and replaced with a blank piece of paper which has been pasted on from the back (probably by the printers as it is exactly the same type/feel of paper indicating there may have been a printing error on the original snipe) the pasted paper is approximately 3 mm narrow from the right edge
