The 1% and the 52% Lauren Saxton Whimsy in spite of pathosAcrylic on canvas 31 x 31 in. 2024 Mauricio Macias was born June 7th, 1997 in Mexico City, Mexico. However, shorty after his family would move to the city of Puebla, where his childhood would take place. His passion for art started the very moment he could hold a crayon in his hand, and he hasn't stopped painting and drawing since. Puebla's antique, colonial architecture and omnipresent, at times ominous religious imagery, would heavily influence him
