Carved Swan Chair Arms, A Pair antique animal illustration 3 1/8" across at handleI found these hanging side by side on a wall and they just struck me as beautiful things to display that way the long necks of the swans together forming an upside down heart with front sides facing. These were once the arms of a chair, and a fun chair it must have been. I am pretty certain they were hard carved, as there is variation among the faces, and a little surface roughness on the inside of the curves of the necks. My photos of these are not
