Unsigned, and artist unknown, but I think quite a terrific and also joyful painting (those roofs looking like bubble gum ice cream!) with the color palette making me think of Philip Guston, and these structures making me think of Holland. Delight in vernacular architecture, wonderful play of color and pattern,
