No topping, no racking just time. Oxidative, saline, richly textured yet incredibly alive a wine that feels as much about patience as it is about place. Vin Jaune in spirit, but singular in execution. Only around 500 half liter bottles produced. Featured in Nerd Club as a true cellar treasure.
