Straitjacket Shrug Christmas Costumes Our clear plastic clothing isAvailable in all store PVC colours and your choice of white or black PVC trim and plastic accents. This slim fit restraining shrug made from stretch PVC with multiple D ring fixtures. Opens in the front with black plastic snaps. The long black straps wrap around the body and securely close with plastic quick release snaps (adjustable length). The long arms wrap around the body and snap into plugs at the shoulders using adjustable quick release snaps.
