2021 Milan Nestarec Nach 1L Moravia, Czech Republic Erbaluna 2011 Chateau du Moulin-a-Vent 'Moulin-a-Vent'Grapes: Pinot Noir, Blaufrankisch, St. Laurent Soil: Loess, clay, sand blend of different vineyards in Blovice and Moravsk ikov, aged from 5 to 40 years. Estate owned, organic. Making of: Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed, gently crushed and macerated on skins for a couple of weeks. The wine is spontaneously fermented in big neutral oak barrels (3000 L) without temperature control. It rests in the same vessels for about 6 months until the
