2 x 3 cm patch of tape adhesive staining on the back of the bottom center (this has bled through to the front and has also created a very faint small patch of discolouration on both bottom corners due to the adhesive seeping through the paper whilst stored folded for many years) and there is also a 1 x 2 cm patch of tape adhesive staining on the front at the bottom center

2 cm tear and approximately six small tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing

the surface is quite wrinkled/creased throughout particular around the top and right edges and across the center

1 cm tear and moderate creasing at the top of the left edge
