Canalicchio di Sopra was established by Primo Pacenti in 1962; today third generation Francesco Ripaccioli oversees 19 vineyards across two crus. This Brunello blends fruit from two distinct terroirs: clay rich Canalicchio and mineral laden 'galestro' soils from Montosoli, 50 50. Grapes are hand selected one at a time. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless
